Caramel Apple Salad

Caramel apple salad is a tasty fall treat. Chunks of apple are tossed in yogurt, pudding mix, and unsweetened applesauce. Enjoy as a side, snack, or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium apples
  • 1 small box sugar free instant pudding mix, butterscotch
  • 32 ounces far free plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

Instructions

  • Wash hands with warm, soapy water for 20 seconds.
  • Core and dice apples. Place in water with some lemon juice.
  • Mix yogurt and pudding mix together.
  • Add to apples and mix well.
  • Add applesauce and mix until blended.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
