Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Black Bean & Corn Salsa

Just a few simple ingredients make a great salsa!

  • 1 16-ounce can black beans
  • 1 16-ounce can yellow corn
  • 1 10-ounce can Rotel
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 4 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • Dash of lime juice


  • Combine drained black beans and corn, Ro-Tel, onions and cilantro in a large bowl.
  • Add lime juice to taste.
  • Serve chilled with chips.
