- 1 15-ounce can corn rinsed and drained
- 1 15-ounce can black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 15-ounce can garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup fat-free Italian dressing
- Rinse canned ingredients. Dice vegetables.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Serve with whole-grain chips, tortillas, or crackers.
