Breakfast Bagel Sandwich

  • 2 patties sausage or bacon
  • 2 whole grain bagels sliced in half
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices cheese
  • 1 large avocado sliced or mashed
  • 1 cup spinach


  • Prepare meat in skillet, according to package directions. Remove from skillet, drain grease but don’t wipe out skillet. Place bagels sliced-side down in skillet and toast over medium heat until lightly browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • Cook eggs in same skillet to your liking. Layer each breakfast sandwich as you like, serve and enjoy!
