Breakfast Bagel Sandwich
- 2 patties sausage or bacon
- 2 whole grain bagels sliced in half
- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices cheese
- 1 large avocado sliced or mashed
- 1 cup spinach
- Prepare meat in skillet, according to package directions. Remove from skillet, drain grease but don’t wipe out skillet. Place bagels sliced-side down in skillet and toast over medium heat until lightly browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Cook eggs in same skillet to your liking. Layer each breakfast sandwich as you like, serve and enjoy!
