Tuna Salad Crisps

Tuna is high in protein. This quick recipe makes a great lunch or snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces water-packed light tuna drained
  • 1 teaspoon light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 rye crisps or whole-grain crackers

Instructions

  • Wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.
  • Combine tuna, mayonnaise, and mustard. Mix well.
  • Spoon mixture on 2 rye crisps or whole-grain crackers.
