Refreshing Spring Smoothie

Start a warm spring day with this light and delicious smoothie.

Servings: 5 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
  • 2 Anjou pears peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 cup cranberries fresh or frozen
  • 2/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

Instructions

  • Wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.
  • Gently rub pears and fresh cranberries under cold running water.
  • Peel, core, and chop the pears.
  • Place all ingredients in blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
