- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (2%, 1%, or non-fat)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries (no sugar added)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries (no sugar added)
- 2 cup raw spinach
- 2 teaspoons honey
Option: Use 2 cups of frozen mixed berries instead of just blueberries and strawberries.
