Power Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (2%, 1%, or non-fat)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (no sugar added)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (no sugar added)
  • 2 cup raw spinach
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Option: Use 2 cups of frozen mixed berries instead of just blueberries and strawberries.

Instructions

  • Wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.
  • If not prewashed, rinse the spinach leaves thoroughly under cold running water.
  • Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Greek yogurt provides protein in this smoothie. For even more, add a scoop of protein powder!
