Creamy Dill Dip

This simple dip has fewer calories and fat than most store-bought dips.

Servings: 16

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-fat sour cream
  • 1 cup non-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons dried dill

Instructions

  • Wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.
  • Put the sour cream, yogurt, and dill in a medium bowl. Stir together.
  • Chill before serving.
