High Energy Trail Mix

Celebrate National Trail Mix Day every August 31st with this flavorful mix. Try dark chocolate chips or honey roasted peanuts.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups multi-grain cereal such as Cheerios
  • 1 3/4 cups pretzels
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds shelled

Instructions

  • Wash hands with warm, soapy water for 20 seconds.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Store in airtight container or resealable plastic bag.
