Choco Pretzel Date Balls

This no bake recipe makes a perfect snack or holiday side.

Equipment

  • Food processor or Blender

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup pretzels
  • 8 dates pitted
  • 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter

Instructions

  • Wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.
  • In a food processor pulse almonds and pretzels until evenly chopped. Remove once chopped well.
  • Add dates in food processor and process until dates are chopped small.
  • Add back almond mixture and cocoa, peanut butter, and vanilla. Pulse together to form a loose texture.
  • Form into balls and enjoy!
