Fruit Salsa
This refreshing blend of fruits makes a sweet side dish or snack.

- 1 cup strawberries diced
- 1 banana peeled and diced
- 1 kiwi peeled and diced
- 1 apple cored and diced
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.
Gently rub all fruit under cold running water. Carefully spread the berries in a single layer on a tray or baking sheet lined with paper towels. Pat the berries dry with another paper towel.
Dice the strawberries. Peel and dice the banana and kiwi. Core and dice the apple.
Combine all the fruit in a medium mixing bowl and add lemon juice.
Stir in sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Mix well.
Refrigerate until serving time.
