Ingredients

  • 1 cup liquid (milk, fruit juice, dairy alternative, etc.)
  • 1 cup yogurt low-fat
  • 2 cups mixed berries fresh, or frozen
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 medium banana fresh or frozen

Instructions

  • Add ingredients into blender, and blend until mixed through.
  • Serve and enjoy!
