Herbed Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups biscuit mix
  • 3 medium green onions thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 °F.
  • Stir all ingredients just until dough clings together.
  • On a lightly floured surface, knead dough 10 to 12 strokes.
  • Roll to a ½-inch thickness. Using a 2-inch biscuit cutter, cut dough into 12 biscuits. Re-roll and incorporate the trimmings.
  • Arrange biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bake in oven for about 12 minutes or until golden.
