- 2 patties sausage or bacon
- 2 whole grain bagels sliced in half
- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices cheese
- 1 large avocado sliced or mashed
- 1 cup spinach
Wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.
Prepare meat in skillet, according to package directions. Remove from skillet, drain fat but don’t wipe out skillet. Place bagels sliced-side down in skillet and toast over medium heat until lightly browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Wash the counter and utensils that touched the raw meat. Wash hands with soap and water after handling raw meat.
Scrub the avocado with a clean vegetable brush under running water. Dry and slice or mash; set aside.
