Tuna Salad Crisps
Tuna is high in protein. This quick recipe makes a great lunch or snack.
- 2 ounces water-packed light tuna drained
- 1 teaspoon light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- 2 rye crisps or whole-grain crackers
Wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.
Combine tuna, mayonnaise, and mustard. Mix well.
Spoon mixture on 2 rye crisps or whole-grain crackers.
