Refreshing Spring Smoothie
Start a warm spring day with this light and delicious smoothie.

- 2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
- 2 Anjou pears peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 cup cranberries fresh or frozen
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
Wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.
Gently rub pears and fresh cranberries under cold running water.
Peel, core, and chop the pears.
Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.
