Choco Pretzel Date Balls
This no bake recipe makes a perfect snack or holiday side.

Servings: 18 balls
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup pretzels
- 8 dates pitted
- 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
Wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.
In a food processor pulse almonds and pretzels until evenly chopped. Remove once chopped well.
Add dates in food processor and process until dates are chopped small.
Add back almond mixture and cocoa, peanut butter, and vanilla. Pulse together to form a loose texture.
Form into balls and enjoy!
