Mango Almond Milk Smoothie
Bring home the tropics with this fruity smoothie. Go lactose-free with almond milk or use your favorite milk.

- 1/2 fresh mango peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup low-fat, plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup almond milk
Wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.
Gently rub mango under cold running water. Peel and cube half of the mango.
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until well mixed and creamy.
Serve chilled.
