Master Holiday Cookie Mix

Ingredients

  • 2 cups butter softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla. Combine flour and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
