Here is a sampling of some of the questions.\u00a0 I\u2019ll give you the correct answer instead of the multiple-choice ones they had. Here\u2019s FOOD NETWORK MAGAZINE\u2019s questions (and answers):<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>\u201cA pumpkin is a (fruit). (A pepita is a pumpkin seed)\u201d.<\/li>\r\n<li>\u201cThe scientific term for the sticky stuff inside a pumpkin is (Funiculus).\u201d<\/li>\r\n<li>\u201cWhat color is pumpkin seed oil? (Pumpkin seed oil can appear dark red, green, or brown, depending on the thickness)\u201d.<\/li>\r\n<li>\u201cGiant pumpkins are grown from (seed varieties that include Atlantic Giant and Goliath Giant).\u201d<\/li>\r\n<li>The jack-o\u2019-lantern is named after (According to the centuries-old tale, Stingy Jack carried a turnip lantern after he tricked the devil and was made to wander the earth. People in Ireland and Scotland made vegetable lanterns to ward off Stingy Jack. The tradition continued in America with pumpkins).\u201d<\/li>\r\n<li>\u201cWhat is \u201cpunkin chunkin?\u201d (The World Championship Punkin Chunkin Association (WCPCA) holds an annual pumpkin-launching event where competitors use contraptions they\u2019ve built to toss pumpkins.
