Yields6 Servings

3.50 cups kale, ribs removed (about 1 bunch)
 2 tbsp olive oil
 ¾ tsp salt

De-stem and wash kale. Tear leaves into chip size pieces and place in large bowl. Drizzle oil and sprinkle salt or seasoning over kale and mix gently with hands until all pieces glisten. Lay out kale pieces individually on baking sheet, avoiding overlap. Bake at 350 degrees F for 6-15 minutes. Be careful to watch chips as they can easily burn. Store in airtight container for 7-10 days. If chips need to be re-crisped after storage, pop them in the oven or toaster oven for 1-2 minutes.
