It's a pleasure to meet you,

Mindy Meuli is the director of the Cent$ible Nutrition Program (CNP) with the University of Wyoming Extension. She has been with CNP since May of 2006 and became the director in July 2014. Prior to joining the Cent$ible Nutrition Program, Mindy worked as a dietitian at Ivinson Memorial Hospital in Laramie, WY. Mindy has an undergraduate degree in zoology and a master’s degree in food science and human nutrition from the University of Wyoming. She is a registered and licensed dietitian, and a certified diabetes care and education specialist.
