the elevator, it is an assessment of overall quality,

discounts could be applied for shriveled
or chaff/weeds in the wheat. (0.4 to 0.5% is average)

Protein Premium may be applied,
depending on the elevator. Typically a
protein percentage

|
|
greater that 13, warrants a $0.05 premium
|
|

|
Foreing Material , this includes
Rye grass and other types of grass seed.
Grass seed in excess

of 0.5% will be assessed a discount.
